The Little Rock Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge #17, changed its Lodge Rental policy at its January 19, 2010 meeting. A new Lodge Rental Agreement Form is attached. Please read the form carefully as the terms for renting the lodge have changed.
There is now a $250.00 non-refundable fee to rent the lodge plus a $250.00 refundable cleaning/damage deposit.
All completed forms must be submitted to a LRFOP Executive Board Member or the Office Manager, Linda Hudson, at least (30) days prior to the event and the required $500.00 check or money order must accompany the form. Once the form is received, it will be reviewed by the LRFOP Executive Board. If the rental request is approved, your date will be reserved on the Lodge calendar on the LRFOP website and your check will be cashed.
